10/10 experience! I highly recommend this company. Their quote was incredibly reasonable, and they provided a highly professional quote package and documentation right from the start. Communication was flawless—they always returned my calls and texts immediately. They were amazing at working around my timeline, and the crew was efficient and left the property absolutely immaculate. I couldn't be happier with their work!

I was given a very fair quote by Michael Blair and working with both him and the owner Al Herston was nothing but a huge pleasure. Weatherseal also has been in business for 38 years and they have great roofers, use the best materials, and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a roof and needs the security of having a good Warranty

Mitch and his team at Weatherseal did an excellent job on our new roof. They were courteous, on time, friendly and left things clean and tidy each day. We highly recommend them for any future projects and they also just did my brother in laws roof and he is also very happy with them.

Mitch was very helpful and patient as we selected the roof color. We’ve had several neighbors comment on how nice it looks and how quickly and professionally the work was completed.

I haven't used this company; however after the phone call I just got, I wouldn't want to use them. An explanation of rude things regarding other companies they have been mixed up with was 100% not needed. All you needed to say was "We do not have a record of working on your roof" instead of bashing other companies in Troy and Detroit with a similar name.

$4000.00 estimate on a roof for a garage??? Way overpriced. Don't waste your time with these guys! Owner responded 7 years after my original post. Lol!

I had a really positive experience with Weatherseal Home Improvements when I needed work done on my home. From the first appointment, the team was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the different options available without any pressure. I appreciated how clear they were about the process and timeline, which made everything feel more organized and less stressful. The installers showed up on time, worked carefully, and made sure everything was properly finished and cleaned up before leaving. The final result looked great and immediately improved both the appearance and comfort of my home.

Right from the quote, Weatherseal was attentive and supportive of our needs. They asked questions and listened! At this time I had 3 quotes under my belt and had 2 more to go. I kept putting Weatherseal on top. Not because of price but their entire operation vibe. After only a few emails back an forth, we were able to agree and sign. Once winter broke, they were right on top of the schedule. The working team was kind and knew their jobs! Went to work right away and we had a full tear off and install done in ONE DAY! One extra day for the gutters to be installed and WOW! What a difference!
Al could not have eased my mind any more than he did. It was a wonderful experience from the cost to a job well done!!

I highly recommend Weatherseal Home Improvement for roof repairs! After a wind storm, I had missing shingles. Mike came out quickly, provided a fair quote, and didn't try to upsell me. Mike was polite, professional, and perfectly matched my shingles Great communication from start to finish. Mike gave me an accurate quote up front. I highly recommend this Company.
